Shipping & Delivery


Office Supplies

90% of office supplies products are held in stock for next day delivery. If using our printed catalogue, the code for each product will be colour coded. These colours denote attributes, and are defined as follows:
  • Pink - stock products
  • Orange - products prone to price fluctuations.
  • Green - delivered normally within 72 hours.
  • Blue - products normally held in stock.
  • Black - specially ordered. These items cannot be returned.
Minimum order value for free delivery is £30 +VAT, otherwise a carriage charge of £9.95 +VAT will be incurred.



Although some items are available on a 24 or 48 hour delivery basis, many are 3-4 days, with specially made items taking up to 3 weeks. Delivery charges are typically £19.50 + VAT>


Obviously, delivery of 100,000 books will be different to that of 250 business cards. We endeavour wherever possible to meet all clients deadlines, but please confirm this at time of order. Prices include delivery to credit account holders. Online orders will show any delivery charge at the time of order. Typically delivery is 5 working days, but can be anything from the same day up to 3 weeks.

Promotional Merchandise

Many items are sourced overseas, so although next day deliveries are possible, typically delivery periods are between 1-3 weeks. Some more specialist products can take up to 3 months. Delivery is included in our prices.


Returns & Replacements


With such a diverse portfolio of products some of which are "off the shelf", others require assembly, whilst overseas shipments, as well as bespoke items, branded to clients requirements, make up another segment, our returns policy has to adjust accordingly. Please see below the policy for various different products.


Office Supplies, Furniture and Equipment

As long as the product remains in its original packaging, returns can be made within 7 working days. Items excluded for this are foods, confectionery, and beverages. Ink cartridges can only be returned if unopened. Furniture and seating cannot be returned once assembled. If a product is faulty and within its warranty period, it will either be repaired or replaced regardless of the above conditions.

Printed Products.

Products made to order or branded can only be returned if at fault, or variance to prior approval. Any fault or discrepancy must be reported within 5 working days.


Most plain, chargeable samples can be returned within 10 working days for a full refund.

Pre-production Sample

These are chargeable and cannot be returned. In certain situations the cost will be deducted from the final order once produced.




Customer satisfaction is paramount to us. If, on receipt of your printed/branded goods, you are dissatisfied with the finished products please advise us straightaway. Your issue will be investigated urgently and quickly resolved.

Where the problem is clearly something that can be attributed to us we will immediately rectify the issue. This could take the form of reproducing the products and collecting the defective batch or in the event that re-printing is not an option we will instead either recover the defective work and credit you in full or, where appropriate, negotiate a partial credit to compensate for less than perfect but useable goods.

Where the cause of the problem cannot solely be attributed to us, we will seek to find a compromise remedy with you, either crediting the job in part or reproducing at a reduced cost.

Where the problem can be fully attributed to you, we shall not accept liability in any part.
