Curious about the ways we brand our clothing?
From screen printing to laser engraving, here we give a snapshot of how we brand our clothing. For more detailed information about our branding techniques, check out our brochure here.
Embroidery:
This is the application of embroidering a logo or design onto clothing, caps or bags, using computerised embroidery machines. Some designs may need to be modified before they can be embroidered successfully. Small text below 4-5mm may need enlarging slightly and designs with very fine detail may require editing in order to achieve the best overall look.
Screen Printing:
Screen printing is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil.
Transfer Printing:
Thermal transfer printing is a digital printing process in which material is applied to paper (or some other material) by melting a coating of ribbon so that it stays glued to the material on which the print is applied.
Direct to Garment Printing:
Direct to garment printing, also known as DTG printing, digital direct to garment printing, digital apparel printing, and inkjet to garment printing, is a process of printing on textiles and garments using specialised or modified inkjet technology.
Embossing:
Embossing is the processes of creating either raised or recessed relief images and designs in garments and other materials.
